Et cetera

Let me start by saying that I am so incredibly tired of this:

It makes it so incredibly difficult to entertain the lil' dude when we can't really escape the house.

Luckily, we got an awesome tent and some tunnels from our neighbors, so we've been having oodles of fun with those:

[Hey this is fun...]

[Here I am!]

Ahem. Someone likes to take off with the tunnels as much as he likes crawling through them...

[My tent collapsed!]

I've also been meaning to post this series from the other day. I was showing him how he could "drive" his cars around by rolling them around on the table. Clearly he thought "Why do that, when I can just move the whole table instead?" So here's his idea of how one should "drive" (aka play with) the car:

We've also moved Spencer to the "big" table recently. That means we just pull him up to the table and don't use his tray. And this is what happens:

Can you see him being one of those teens that drives with his foot out the window? Somehow, I can.

Lastly, a little humor. The way it works here is that I do nights and mornings on "work days" and Doug takes mornings on the weekends so I can "catch up" on some sleep. (I tend to still do nights since it just goes much smoother.) Luckily, Spencer seems to understand this arrangement and is as quiet as a mouse, letting me sleep as late as I want:
